Rori Schreiman

Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP-BC, DNP – Concordia

Dr. Rori Schreiman is a family nurse practitioner and holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She began her career as a FNP in 2012, and has worked at the Concordia location since 2013. Dr. Schreiman sees patients of all ages one day a week. She also works full-time at Fitzgibbon Memorial Hospital in the Emergency Department. She and her husband Scott live in Higginsville with their two boys, Reece and Rhett. They keep very busy with their sporting and school activities.

Our community-based programs include case management, counseling and assessment, health education, transportation, translation services, enrollment assistance, health and social care advocacy initiatives, access to primary care, and health IT.
