Our Membership cycle runs from July 1 – June 30.

By partnering with HCC Network, you are networking with a health care organization. Depending on the type of membership you choose, you will gain access to an array of benefits.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Monthly membership luncheon.
  • Virtual membership meetings via Zoom — attend from the convenience of home or work!

  • Grant writing preferred pricing.
  • On-site health screenings preferred pricing — blood pressure, height, weight, cholesterol, blood sugar.
  • Health training preferred pricing — CPR, First Aid, etc. 
  • Free advertising on our HCC website.
  • HCC committee participation — Social Services, Connectors, Project Connect.
  • Enrollment help with Affordable Care Act, Medicaid and expanded Medicaid, Medicare, Food Stamps & Presumptive Eligibility, Disability, and Unemployment.
  • Low-cost medication, chronic disease prevention, and management classes.
  • HCC warehouse access to items that can’t be purchased with food stamps.

Participation on HCC Committees such as Social Services/Connectors, and Membership is available to Network members only.

Currently, all meetings are held via Zoom. Membership meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 12 p.m.

Social Services/Connectors meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 10 a.m.

Individual Member – $150.00 | Associate Member – $250.00

Partner Member – $500.00

  • Employee wellness plans including glucose testing & free employee physical.
  • Free listing in HCC resource guide.
  • Preferred pricing on grant writing.
  • Advertising on HCCNetwork.org.

Preferred Vendor – $1,000.00 

  • All benefits of Individual, Associate, and Partner membership.
  • Enewsletter and HCC website advertising.
  • Recognition at every general membership meeting and annual meeting.

Grant Writing Support

  • Grant writing $999,999 or less: Fee is $5,000 pool per grant (to be billed at time of grant writing). Fees are assessed based on potential award amount per agency.
  • Grant writing $1,000,000 or more: Fee is $7,500 pool per grant (to be billed at time of grant writing). Fees are assessed based on the potential award amount per agency.
  • Program members: A 2.5% fee (of the total award amount) will be assessed to each member who benefits financially from a grant awarded to HCC. Program members must be Partner Members of HCC.

Federal and state organizations are exempt from paying membership dues to HCC.

Our community-based programs include case management, counseling and assessment, health education, transportation, translation services, enrollment assistance, health and social care advocacy initiatives, access to primary care, and health IT.

After more than a decade and nearly 50 new employees later, it’s safe to say that the Lexington, MO-based HCC Network is a major player in Lafayette County and in rural health care in this region.

The focus of HCC is to develop and implement programs that are responsive to documented health needs of county residents, with specific health status indicators as benchmarks of progress.
