Family Nurse Practitioner – Waverly.
Stephanie Hutchison graduated from her undergraduate nursing program in 1983 and worked in the Emergency Department for 16 years, later completing her master’s degree in the family nurse practitioner program at UMKC in 1999. She has since worked in family practice clinics in eastern Jackson Co. and now Waverly, MO. She has also worked in urgent care and ED settings in the KC area. She enjoys rural health care, especially providing health care to children. She also enjoys precepting NP students. She has 2 grown children and one amazing 6-year-old grandson. She enjoys traveling, particularly to Europe, where her daughter lives.
