Through our network of clinics and community partnerships, HCC strives to meet the needs of the communities and residents we serve through providing access to evidence based, patient-centered health and wellness services and connections to community resources.

Medical
HCC community clinics provide primary care services, treatments for common illnesses, chronic disease management, pediatric care, immunizations, sports physicals, well-woman exams and preventive care.
Dental
HCC offers dental services for adults and children including exams, cleanings and fluoride treatment, x-rays, fillings, extractions, cavity repair and surgery referrals.
Behavioral Health
HCC clinics offer behavioral health services for all ages. Treatment includes conditions such as substance abuse, bipolar disease, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric assessments, post-traumatic stress disorder and more.
