Executive Assistant

Deana Loyd brings over 40 years of diverse experience in administrative support, marketing, and project management, making her an invaluable asset to HCC. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, she ensures that the leadership team is equipped with timely, accurate information, and all necessary resources to drive successful meetings and initiatives. Deana’s expertise extends beyond traditional executive support; she serves as the primary contact for capital construction projects, coordinating complex tasks with precision and professionalism. Additionally, she acts as a liaison to the Board of Directors, facilitating smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Before joining HCC, Deana built a 36-year career at Hallmark Cards, where she honed her organizational skills and developed a deep understanding of corporate operations. Her experience in managing multiple high-level responsibilities has earned her the trust of her colleagues and the leadership team.

Outside of her professional life, Deana enjoys traveling and cherishing time with her growing family, which includes 15 grandchildren (and counting)—who always keep her on her toes.
