Project Connect
In 2018, HCC Network launched Project Connect with a simple but powerful mission: bring vital resources and services directly to individuals and families who need them most — all in one place, on one day. What began as a community-driven outreach event has grown into a model of collaboration, compassion, and connection.
Over the years, we’ve been proud to lead and evolve Project Connect, witnessing firsthand the difference it makes when organizations unite to break down barriers to care and support. It’s been a labor of love — and a testament to the power of community partnerships.
As we see other local organizations begin hosting events under the same name, we’re reminded that the most meaningful legacies are the ones that inspire action. We welcome others to carry this vision forward — to build on the foundation we’ve laid and make it their own. If your agency is interested in learning how to host a Project Connect-style event, we’d be honored to offer guidance and share what we’ve learned. Please reach out to info@hccnetwork.org for training or more information!
