Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Concordia
Angie Woods is a board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MHNP). She has a great passion for the mental well-being of our underserved rural communities. Woods earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2005 from Missouri Valley College and started her mental health career as a house parent for at-risk teens in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She later completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) in 2014 from Missouri Valley College and worked on the Behavioral Health Unit at Fitzgibbon Hospital. Woods quickly realized she wanted to serve patients in a greater capacity. In 2018, she completed her MHNP from Walden University. Today, she provides care at the Community Health Center in Concordia.
