Amanda Arnold

Chief Operations Officer

Amanda Arnold, a Registered Nurse, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Avila University. She began her career specializing in oncology at a prominent hospital in the Kansas City Metro area. For the past decade, Amanda has been an integral part of HCC Network, where she has taken on various leadership roles focused on chronic disease management, nursing oversight, quality improvement, and risk management. Currently, Amanda is the Chief Operations Officer and leads the clinical operations of the organization, oversees the Quality and Risk Program, the Population Health Program, the Outreach Program, and serves as Project Director for several federally funded grant initiatives.

In addition to her extensive clinical expertise, Amanda is an American Heart Association CPR instructor, a certified Asthma Educator, and a certified Lifestyle Coach. She also completed the prestigious Community Health Center Executive Fellowship Program in 2022.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys watching her two sons compete in sports, spending time with family and friends, and following her favorite teams. A dedicated member of the rural community, Amanda is passionate about serving as a trusted resource for individuals in every aspect of their lives.
