Provide Hygiene Items
Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap and body wash, shampoo and conditioner, deodorant and laundry care and other essentials can help support the health of our community.Â

Help Restock Our Mobile Units
From maintaining supplies to replacing disposables like gloves, syringes, gauze our mobile medical and dental units serve patients on average 3 days a week.Â

Gift A New Mattress
The mattresses on our Amazon Wishlist come in a box making them easy to store and convenient for transport back to the community member’s home.Â

Buy a Warm Blanket
Lightweight fleece or packable blankets easily fit into backpacks or trunks and are very valued by our community members.Â

In 2023 our Community Health Workers had 5000 touches with patients including food, housing, medication, transportation or outreach assistance.Â
