Family Nurse Practitioner – Concordia

Dana Zinn has worked in the nursing field for 20 years, mostly in the ER setting. She graduated with a master’s in 2016 from Walden University. Zinn has a deep passion for caring for individuals with developmental disabilities. Zinn also teaches part time at Graceland University for their Nurse Practitioner program. She enjoys helping other future nurse practitioners learn and grasp the provider role. She has been married for 14 years to her husband Corey. Zinn also has a huge heart for furry creatures. Her favorite pastime is spending time at the lake with family and friends.

Our community-based programs include case management, counseling and assessment, health education, transportation, translation services, enrollment assistance, health and social care advocacy initiatives, access to primary care, and health IT.
