Dentist, DDS – Lexington
Madison Diaz, DDS, is a Kansas City native who received her undergraduate and doctorate degrees from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Dr. Diaz’ passion for dentistry began in high school when she first shadowed a dentist in her hometown of Gardner, KS and has only grown since. She strives to provide wholistic care by working with Live Well’s medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure that her patients receive high quality care that makes them feel their best inside and out. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Diaz loves spending time with friends and family, reading new books, and traveling whenever she can.
