HCC was awarded the 2025 Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency! This is the highest level of recognition offered by Candid (formerly GuideStar), the leading source of nonprofit information in the United States. In order to qualify, organizations must provide extensive information, including goals, strategies, capabilities, metrics and progress, demonstrating not just intent, but community impact results. Fewer than 1% of non-profits achieve the platinum status, showcasing HCC’s strong leadership, strategic planning and a commitment to best practices.
