This Sunday kicks off National Health Center Week. We invite our patients to join us for in-clinic events Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday!
On Tuesday, August 5th we will have swag giveaways in the clinics for patient appreciation, 9am-3pm
On Wednesday, August 6th our RN Patient Care Coordinators will be doing Blood Pressure and A1C checks in the lobbies for Health Conditions Focus, 9am-3pm
On Thursday, August 7th, stop by with your kiddos for our population focus “Catch the Vibe” day complete with Sun safety education + summer themed swag
