We Are Ready to Assist

HCC is an approved Certified Application Counselor (CAC) organization for the Health Insurance Marketplace. We provide solid, factual information about the Affordable Care Act and the Health Insurance Marketplace. Our goal is to equip the communities we serve with information to make sound decisions about health care insurance options.

Enrollment Information

Lexington, Mo.-based HCC Network (825 South Business Highway 13) has trained certified application counselors who help individuals and families enroll in Missouri’s Health Insurance Marketplace. They will answer your enrollment questions, help you see if you are eligible for Medicaid or other insurance options, or help with enrollment during the Marketplace’s special enrollment period.

HCC also has a variety of programs and resources to help individuals and families in need. For enrollment support, or for more information, call 660.259.2440 and ask for ACA enrollment assistance.

HCC provides services to everyone regardless of race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion.

Our community-based programs include case management, counseling and assessment, health education, transportation, translation services, enrollment assistance, health and social care advocacy initiatives, access to primary care, and health IT.

After more than a decade and nearly 50 new employees later, it’s safe to say that the Lexington, MO-based HCC Network is a major player in Lafayette County and in rural health care in this region.
