Sarrah Morgan

Sarrah Morgan is Superintendent of Schools for the Lexington R-V School District. She entered the field of education in 2000 and has served as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Morgan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education from Central Missouri State University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Webster University, and an Education Specialist Degree in Human Services from University of Central Missouri. She lives in her school community of Lexington, where she jointly owns Papa Jack’s Pizza with her husband, Derek, retired Army Master Sergeant. They have six children, ages teen – adult.

Our community-based programs include case management, counseling and assessment, health education, transportation, translation services, enrollment assistance, health and social care advocacy initiatives, access to primary care, and health IT.

After more than a decade and nearly 50 new employees later, it’s safe to say that the Lexington, MO-based HCC Network is a major player in Lafayette County and in rural health care in this region.

The focus of HCC is to develop and implement programs that are responsive to documented health needs of county residents, with specific health status indicators as benchmarks of progress.
