On the 3rd Tuesday of each month, our Farmers to Families boxes are available at the following locations by Noon:

- Buckner Clinic – 324 S. Hudson Street, Buckner, MO 64016
- Lexington Clinic – 811 S. Business Hwy 13 STE A, Lexington, MO 64067
- Concordia Clinic – 206 N. Bismark Street, Concordia, MO 64020
- Waverly Clinic – 608 Missouri Street, Waverly, MO 64096
- Carrollton Clinic – 718 Harvest Hills Drive, Carrollton, MO 64633
These food boxes are free to any community member on a first come, first served basis. While you are collecting your box, be sure to ask our staff about services available at HCC Network! To confirm availability, reach out to your Community Health Worker.
