HCC NETWORK CONGRATULATES ERICA COLLINS ON HER SELECTION FOR THE NATIONAL RURAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION FELLOWS PROGRAM

Lexington, Mo, November 3, 2025 – HCC Network proudly congratulates Erica Collins, LCSW, Director of Behavioral Health on her nomination to the 2026 National Rural Health Association (NRHA) Fellows Program—a prestigious honor recognizing emerging leaders dedicated to advancing rural health care across the nation.

Erica currently serves HCC Network with distinction as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing compassionate, whole-person behavioral health care to rural Missourians. Her areas of focus include substance use disorders, older adult mental health, and veterans’ mental health, all guided by a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.

“Erica’s leadership, clinical expertise, and passion for rural health have long benefited our patients and our mission,” said Brook Balentine, Chief Administrative Officer at HCC Network. “Her selection for the NRHA Fellows Program reflects her outstanding commitment to improving access and outcomes in rural behavioral health.”

As part of the NRHA Fellows Program, Erica will collaborate with rural health professionals from across the country to address policy, leadership, and innovation in underserved areas. The fellowship cultivates future leaders who will strengthen rural health systems and drive sustainable community change.
